This initiation module is an ideal start for anyone working in a financial sector. In a highly efficient and time-sensitive way, learners will grasp the foundations of sustainability work in the financial sector; from main drivers and global trends, to some common terminology and evolving landscape.

This course explains how sustainability as a strategic exercise could improve risk profile and corporate resilience. Through examples, learners will understand how various ESG factors may have financial impacts on companies in all industries.

Building upon the foundations acquired in the Sustainable Finance course, this module takes learners on the sustainable investing journey. This course will demystify differences between six commonly used investment approaches, financial performance and ESG considerations in the context of a fiduciary duty (KYC and KYP).
